Abstract
A NOVEL HIGH VOLTAGE DELAY CIRCUIT IS PROPOSED FOR USE WITH EXPLODING FOIL INITIATORS. THIS ALLOWS THE MANUFACTURE OF AN INEXPENSIVE MULTIMODE WARHEAD USEFUL AGAINST TANKS, APCS, AND SOFT TARGETS.
