Abstract
"The program objective is the development of a high powered (over 200 megawatt) three dimensional, minimum aperture sized antenna that is protable and can be deployed in urban environments. It will be capable of delivering very high RF power over widefields of view. This technology is directly applicable to radars and communications systems. The results of Phase II will provide more efficient, higher powered, and smaller antennas for radar and communications systems than presently available."
