This course provides a basic introduction to the purpose, eligibility requirements and structure of the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. Tutorial 4 is an advanced tutorial intended for those experienced with both programs. The course closes with an introduction to the legislative and policy underpinnings to these programs.
